It
is with great pleasure that I am writing this letter
in support of Teresa and 24 Office Express. Initially
the Northern Ohio Chapter of the MSCI (Metal Service
Center Institute) was looking for someone to assist
in our events and Teresa has taken her role to an entirely
new level. She has shown outstanding accomplishments
in the areas of event scheduling, managing, character,
leadership and service. I have known Teresa over the
last few years because of her involvement with the MSCI
and the AWMI. I am happy to speak in regards to her
character, leadership and service.
Teresa
distinguished herself immediately as person who was
most filled with passion, enthusiasm, and excitement
about her involvement in the community and on the MSCI
team. My initial impression of her did not abate as
time went on. Teresa has also earned the respect of
the entire Board of Directors through her positive influence,
leadership by example and her contribution of ideas.
We
are looking forward to having Teresa continuing her
roll going forward in her activities here at MSCI Northern
Ohio Chapter. Her cooperative spirit, her compassion
for the well-being of all, and her flexible leadership
style makes her an outstanding partner for this or any
organization.

I
cannot say enough wonderful things about Teresa Zingale
and her business 24/7 Office Express. I have been a
Mary Kay Executive Sales Director for 15 years and have
worked with various Office Assistants throughout the
years. At the time I met Teresa, I had just moved to
Northfield, Ohio from Conneaut. At the same time, I
had a huge personal tragedy. My personal life affected
my business ability and ability to implement it. Teresa
came into my office weekly and spent hours organizing
my business. She is a very caring, effective, and understanding

Finally, a comment from my CPA who has completed my
taxes for years, ”Wow, your records have never
looked better”. Thank you Teresa.
